We can help. We provide three levels of financial statement assurance services based upon your needs:
Compiliation
A compilation is limited to presenting the financial statements in the proper manner, and does not provide any level of assurance as to their conformity with the applicable financial reporting framework. The financial information presented is the representation of the company’s management.
Review
A review is a less intensive examination of your financial statements that applies analytical procedures to provide limited assurance as to their conformity with the applicable financial reporting framework.
Audit
An audit is an intensive examination of your financial statements and disclosures and is intended to provide a high level of assurance as to their conformity with the applicable financial reporting framework.
We can also provide assistance in the preparation of your financial statements, but express no opinion or give any assurance on the underlying information included within them. These financial statements, which are issued without a report, are used for the internal purposes of the company’s management.
